This Unique J4 Experimental car was purchased at the Rick Cole auction in 1991 by a good friend and client of mine, it has been in his collection for twenty fours years, until i purchased it two years ago, it is now undergoing a total nut and bolt restoration by Kellison Classic Cars Ltd.
This was one of four experimental cars that was built by Kellison for the 1959 Motorama Fair in Detroit, once the fair had finished three cars were dismantled, this car was purchased by one the chief designers at General Motors, he owned the car for many years, he then sold it to Tom Moynahan founder of “Domino Pizza” and was in his collection for many years, it was then sold at Rick Cole Auctions with went on to be R.M. Auctions, now R.M.Sotheby's, the car has covered only 6200 miles in total and is now in the process of being restored by Kellison Classic Cars Ltd.
